Kalei Samrajit

Kalei, a proud first-generation American with roots in Guyana, has been with OCJ since her internship began in January 2022. Now, she leads OCJ’s Events, Hello Project, Volunteer Program, and Social Media efforts. As a notary and UCF Political Science graduate, she is passionate about advocating for community issues. Kalei even had the opportunity to raise awareness about Florida’s vulnerable immigrant population during Miss USA 2022, combining her love for pageantry with her advocacy work. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new foods, traveling, and making memories with family and friends.
